About Lisa
Talcott Ridge Flowery is a one-grower operation, and the grower is Lisa. Flowers, gardening, and time outside have been her quiet passion her whole life — first as a backyard hobby, then a lifelong study of what blooms when, what loves what soil, and how to coax a Connecticut field into showing off all season long.
Today she grows tulips, sunflowers, dahlias, zinnias, foxglove, and a rotating cast of seasonal favorites on her own field in Middletown. She picks every stem, builds every arrangement, and walks the rows daily so she knows exactly what is ready. Hands in the soil, a few hours in the sun, and a finished bouquet that brightens someone’s kitchen — it is the work she has been building toward for years.
